My project was a detailed 3D model of Redwood Avenue. I produced a primary perspective rendering that captures the avenue’s overall atmosphere, along with a closer, fully rendered view that highlights façade details and surrounding context. In addition, I drafted one elevation and one cross-section to clarify the vertical relationships and material hierarchy. To round out the presentation, I created three fully rendered floor plans, giving a clear sense of circulation, spatial organization, and program. Together, these drawings and visualizations form a cohesive package that communicates both the design intent and the experiential quality of Redwood Avenue.

The Eugenia Residences is a 5-storey condominium situated along Buckley Road, in the central region of Novena and close to the city center. This prime location offers residents convenient access to urban amenities, public transportation, and a range of lifestyle options, while still maintaining a sense of residential privacy and comfort. The floor plan provides detailed information about the layout and spatial organization of the units within the site, while the accompanying site plan offers a top-down perspective that highlights the overall landscape design and how the building is integrated into its surroundings along the central region of Singapore and towards the town area which is nearby.

The Elowen Residence is located at Jalan Drum and features a distinctive architectural design that emphasizes natural materials and modern aesthetics. One of its key highlights is the timber roof structure, which elegantly frames certain parts of the house, such as the roof terrace and front patio, creating a warm and visually striking appearance. The front patio enhances the sense of arrival. Inside, the living room is designed with large, open windows that invite natural light into the space, enhancing the brightness and openness of the interior. The exterior palette of grey and white materials by blending harmoniously to achieve a sleek, modern look while maintaining a cozy atmosphere along the north region of Singapore

During the competition, I participated in the International Build Design Competition, where I had the opportunity to work on a mixed-use development project. The main goal of this project was to design a development that combines both commercial and residential functions within a single site. The proposal included a shopping mall at the lower levels to serve the public and community, while the upper levels were dedicated to residential units. To enhance the living experience, the design also featured a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, offering residents a relaxing space with spatial planning, functionality, and aesthetic integration between commercial and residential components around the site as shown.

I named my office building Narra to symbolize the connection between nature and the built environment, especially within the dense urban context of the Marina Bay CBD. The name “Narra” is inspired by Narra Park, located near Osaka, Japan, which I drew inspiration from for the rooftop design of the building. I aimed to recreate the serene and natural atmosphere of Narra Park by incorporating lush greenery on the rooftop, positioned alongside solar panels to promote sustainability. This green rooftop space is designed not only for visual and environmental benefits but also as a tranquil retreat for workers in the area to explore and unwind. Narra Business Associate is also built with sustainability in mind. It meets Green Mark standards, and its design integrates planters throughout the façade and surrounding edges of the building, helping to reduce energy consumption. This balance of nature and functionality reflects a commitment to environmentally responsible design while enhancing the quality of work life.

06/10

The Tallow Woods Pavilion is a project located on the open field of Nanyang Polytechnic, designed as a tranquil resting spot for students and visitors. The core concept, or what I call the "Magic of the Site," lies in the unique experience it offers allowing users to look up and view the sky without any visual obstruction. This simple yet powerful idea shapes the design, creating a peaceful connection between the built space and the natural environment. The pavilion encourages moments of pause and reflection, with its open structure framing the sky and inviting users to relax, unwind, and appreciate their nature site surroundings.

07/10

The Creepers Library, located in Ang Mo Kio, is a nature-integrated space that explores how architecture can evolve with its environment. Inspired by the organic growth of creeping vines, the design embraces biophilic principles, incorporating vertical surfaces and trellises that encourage plant growth over time. As the vines gradually wrap around the structure, they form a living façade that provides natural shading, cooling, and a tranquil atmosphere. The library becomes a dynamic space where nature and architecture coexist in harmony for the residences

The One Clarke Quay Village is a vibrant cultural hub that seamlessly blends heritage, sustainability, and modern living. Set along the scenic banks of the Singapore River, it offers a unique and enriching experience for both locals and tourists. The village features a variety of spaces, including urban farming zones, cozy relaxation areas, and a lush riverside park that encourages strolls and community gatherings. A bustling marketplace showcases fresh produce, artisanal products, and locally made goods, supporting homegrown businesses and promoting healthy, sustainable lifestyles. Popular dining spots, offering both traditional and contemporary cuisine, further enhance the lively atmosphere for local and tourist of all ages around Singapore

This proposal introduces a carefully considered set of targeted energy-generating additions to the existing Kajima GEAR Laboratory. By integrating wind-powered elements, responsive facade panels, and floor-based energy harvesting systems, the design aims to establish a self-sustaining energy loop that not only offsets the building’s operational energy consumption but also enriches the overall spatial and sensory experience of its users. Each addition has been thoughtfully designed to be lightweight, modular, and scalable.

Tropical Musical Paradise is a vibrant, music-focused space in Raffles that celebrates the intersection of culture, sound, and community. Inspired by Raffles’ historical and urban context, it offers performances, workshops, and interactive sound experiences that encourage creative expression for all ages. Blending tropical elements with acoustically responsive design, the space serves as a green sanctuary where nature and music coexist. Open layouts, natural ventilation, and sustainable materials that reflect Singapore’s climate with future thinking.
