THE CLOVEN RESIDENCES

During the competition, I participated in the International Build Design Competition, where I had the opportunity to work on a mixed-use development project. The main goal of this project was to design a development that combines both commercial and residential functions within a single site. The proposal included a shopping mall at the lower levels to serve the public and community, while the upper levels were dedicated to residential units. To enhance the living experience, the design also featured a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, offering residents a relaxing space with spatial planning, functionality, and aesthetic integration between commercial and residential components.
